Polkamarkets Audit Report (Red4Sec)
We are happy to announce that the Polkamarkets Protocol has been audited and passed by Red4Sec, a business initiative formed by experts and security analysts with many years of experience in the Cybersecurity sector. Red4Sec was hired to perform a security code audit in order to evaluate the security of the Prediction Market smart contract, as part of the vulnerability review and management process.
This article is made to help our community understand what audits are being done, and detail some important aspects of each audit. It will be updated as we learn more about the various audits in progress. You can check its status below:

The general conclusion resulting from the conducted audit is that Polkamarket’s smart contract is secure. There were a few highlights and possible improvements mentioned, these do not pose any risk by themselves and have been classified as informative only, but they will help us to continue to improve the security and quality of the protocol. ✅ Hacken Audit Passed
Hacken OÜ was contracted by Polkamarkets to conduct a Smart Contract Code Review and Security Analysis. The report presents the findings of the security assessment of Polkamarkets’ smart contract and its code review conducted between September 17th, 2021 — September 28th, 2021. The second code review was conducted on October 6th, 2021. (read more)
✅ Certik Audit Passed
In this auditing process, a comprehensive examination was performed, utilizing Static Analysis and Manual Review techniques. A report was prepared for Polkamarkets to discover issues and vulnerabilities in the source code of the Polkamarkets’ project as well as any contract dependencies that were not part of an officially recognized library.
